The Role
Our Partnerships Manager will take ownership of all aspects of partnerships, including sourcing, negotiation, launch, and maintenance. This role encompasses business, legal, product, and marketing dimensions of partner deals. You'll represent Medely's interests with partners while advocating for partners' interests within Medely. This involves cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, marketing, strategic finance, and legal teams. As Medely's product and partnerships footprint grows, our Partnerships Manager will ensure we establish the necessary partnerships to fulfill our mission of saving customers time and money.

We're seeking a leader who possesses a deep understanding of card economics and technology partnerships across various products and geographies. The ideal candidate excels in building relationships, negotiating complex deals, and simplifying intricate subjects.


The Impact You'll Make

  • Manage key partner relationships, expand collaborative efforts, drive product innovation, and maximize the value we derive from our partners.

  • Negotiate significant commercial agreements, overseeing the entire deal lifecycle from partner identification to closing and launch.

  • Ensure that Medely maintains top-tier economics with our partners and establishes optimal structures for rapid product development.

  • Cultivate relationships with new partners and create processes for defining needs and selecting partners.

  • Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on effective approaches to product development and stay updated on best practices in our ecosystem.

Who You Are

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development or Partnership Management.

  • Demonstrated track record of driving, closing, and managing complex financial technology partnership deals that deliver long-term value.

  • Ability to think creatively and generate innovative product partnership concepts to support business growth.

  • Exceptional analytical and strategic skills.

  • Strong negotiation skills, with a focus on enhancing partner value.

  • Understanding of technology and user requirements.

  • Clear communication, structured thinking, organizational skills, and proficiency in project management.

  • Capacity to build relationships both internally and externally across the company.
