We are searching for a highly-motivated and dedicated Strategic Account Executive who has experience with selling technology solutions within a team environment as well as account management. This is an excellent opportunity for a disciplined individual with a knowledge base and interest in the ever-changing world of technology. Additionally, experience within the construction industry is preferred.
Successful candidates must have high-energy, enthusiasm, and be excited to build relationships with current and potential clients. This is key to developing and delivering business solutions for complex issues, while driving to meet and exceed their goals.
Our ideal candidate thrives in managing the full sales cycle of a diverse portfolio. They are also able to have a high-level business conversation and consultation with potential clients to deliver CCR's value proposition. This role will be responsible for exploring uncharted and rapidly evolving opportunities in the market and connecting clients to CCR as a business partner.
What You'll Accomplish and Experience
- Meeting with current and potential clients across the United States to understand their business needs and pain points
- Participating and executing sales strategy, goals, and objectives as set by the team
- Continuing to learn and understand the overall market, differentiating products and competitors
- Recommending, facilitating, and coordinating with both potential clients and key stakeholders to acquire new clients
- Leading the entire sales cycle within complex sales
- Managing and validating the sales pipeline by assessing early-stage opportunities to ensure the sales goals will be met
- Analyzing and collaborating with marketing on new industry or marketing data
- Establishing sales goals and tracking results and trends regularly for business budgeting/forecasting
- Track and maintain strategic account profiles and record all client related data. This includes taking notes during all client meetings
- Conduct client and market research
- Renew and sell existing services and solutions to current clients
- Prepare, present, and facilitate client Business and Service Reviews with the proper stakeholders and facilitate the delivery to the client
- Maintain quality and time metrics for clients pertaining to SLAs or special requests. Work with various CCR teams to address any quality issues

- Oversee invoicing as agreed-upon in Statement of Work
- Verify the schedule of contract expirations and proactively initiate contract renewals
- Proactively maintain an open line of communication with clients to obtain feedback to keep a pulse on client satisfaction
- Respond to calls, emails, and tickets with professionalism and courtesy within established response guidelines
Desirable Previous Experience
- Strong level of business acumen
- Thrive when engaging with clients: can begin conversations, build rapport, and handle objections.
- Demonstrated use of consulting and value-based selling approach
- High level understanding of CCR services related to implementation and functionality
- Ability to build strong professional relationships internally and externally
- Demonstrated self-motivation
- Proficient Microsoft Office Suite and use of presentation tools (i.e. Zoom)
- Maintain composure when faced with conflict and adjust quickly to changing environment
- Strong ability to communicate and listen effectively at all levels
- Ability to successfully work cross functionally effectively
- Systems mindset to use tools such as dashboards and reports to track client information
- High level of technology aptitude with knowledge of IT industry
- Ability to multi-task, staying organized, shifting focus, and managing multiple priorities
- Experience working trade shows to develop strong pipeline of sales leads
- Ability to travel as needed for business need
- Experience with HubSpot as a CRM and Asana for project management preferred.
