We are looking for a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive to be responsible for achieving quota targets selling BloomReach’s transformational cloud platform to large web businesses. You will source and initiate contact with prospects, identify customer needs, and develop and present proposals for the BloomReach solution. We are seeking proven high performers to over-achieve sales objectives and establish long-term relationships within assigned regions/named accounts. BloomReach has over 90 customers generating significant revenues and an aggressive/differentiated product roadmap. BloomReach’s products solve real challenges in unique ways using massive data sets and advanced technology with measured return.
This is a full-time position reporting into our VP of Enterprise Sales, North America. You will be expected to travel up to 50% of the time in this role.
Your job will be to:- Hunt enterprise named accounts, primarily large retailers and brands, in our Discovery pillar which includes best in class, commerce focused, search, merchandising, product recommendations, SEO, and headless content management
- Build a territory with your own prospecting efforts, but also by partnering with a BDR, and channel resources.
- Effectively connect with and build trust with various roles from Dir / Vp eCommerce to C-suite executives
- Leverage our extensive partner network of both agencies and ISV’s to co-sell
- Leverage our value selling framework and challenger selling methodologies to consistently execute sales cycles resulting in high conversion rates
- Help us improve by providing clear feedback to product and marketing org to help us grow our business
- 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience
- You must be comfortable with direct prospecting capability or be able to leverage your own network to help meet pipe generation goals
- You must embrace the use of the systems we’ve invested in for your success including Salesforce, Clari, and other enablement tools
- Familiarity with how to co-sell and win with partners
- Experience or background in selling search and merchandising solutions within a commerce setting. Will consider other candidates with commerce backgrounds, though search will carry highest priority
The base salary range for this position is $110,000-$150,000, plus commission. The pay range actually offered will take into account a variety of potential factors considered in compensation, including but not limited to skills, qualifications, geographic location, accomplishments, experience, credentials, internal equity and business needs, and may vary from the range listed above.
