You + This OpportunityWe are hiring a Healthcare Strategic Account Executive to hunt into new business and build lasting relationships with clients within healthcare organizations. Hereās what youāll get to doā¦.- Manage prospects from lead to close
- Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects
- Cultivate lasting relationships with customers in the healthcare space
- Engage and educate senior executives on the importance of Quality/CX insights and validate Maestro as the leader in this new market
- Partner with the Sales and Customer Success leadership teams to develop account-based sales strategies to uncover value for all go-to-market department leaders
- 15+ years of relevant Healthtech sales experienceĀ
- Deep relationships with IT buyers inside of healthcare organizations (IDNs, hospital systems, physician groups, pharmaceuticals, payors, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience navigating through a complex sales cycleĀ
- Experience leading technical presentations/demos and owning the full customer lifecycle from prospect to closeĀ
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in selling transformation/visionary solutions, especially where there isn't an obvious budget (demand creation vs. fulfillment)
- Experience selling in a competitive market
- Ability to create your own sales pipelineĀ
- Strong qualification skills & experience in value-based selling ( (MEDDIC, Challenger Sales, Command of the Message, etc.)
- Similar sales motion/process with the ability to manage a complicated POC sales cycle
- Continuous, substantial, and shown success in complex sales cycles (champion building, multiple economical buyers, running successful POCās, etc.)
Compensation: up to $400,000 USD OTE depending on experience
