What you will do:

The Lowe's Strategic Account Manager serves as Sensormatic' s authorized interface for the Lowe's Account. You will be the global leader for Lowe's and will manage client relationships through effective strategic account planning and execution. You will work closely with our Digital Solutions team to provide vertical market-specific insight to leverage technology for better user experiences and identifying unmet customer needs.

This role is designed to support the Lowe's Enterprise Accounts teams' strategic direction and will be the single point of contact for Lowe's Stores representing solutions and services in all domains.

How you will do it:

  • Engage, qualify, and create relationship maps/organizational alignment within the account.
  • Maintain and grow a year-over-year basis of our existing market share of all Sensormatic solutions.
  • Understand customers unique business requirements and provide input to continually evolve the Sensormatic vertical market value proposition.
  • Interpret technical information and adapt it for presentation to a variety of internal and external audiences.
  • Build, maintain and lead internal relationships within sales and operations, as well as coordinate with numerous internal contacts and key customer partners/influencers in all regions to ensure successful pre and post-sales support of our client's needs.
  • Ensure we have an active and informed Executive Sponsor that participates in high-level relationship building and critical issues.

What we look for:

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree, Business, Marketing or related field.
  • 8-10 years working within the Retail vertical in sales and a business development capacity.
  • Strategic account planning and end-user relationship management skills.
  • Exceptional internal and external relationship development and communication.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading diverse groups in a matrix-style organization.
  • Track record of owning and growing a multimillion-dollar quota
  • Demonstrated team leadership skills, leads by example.
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams and make solid decisions.
  • Proven ability to interact with all levels internally and be seen as a trusted advisor to retailer.
  • Proven ability to position employer as partner of choice and win in RFP competitions.
