The Position 

CallRail is adding a Strategic Account Manager to our growing team. We are looking for a customer-centric individual who can handle many responsibilities - from onboarding Mid-Market and Enterprise clients and setting them up for success to deepening relationships with our existing customers and maximizing the value they get from using CallRail. In every interaction, we put our customers first and strive to exceed their expectations. Our goal is to deliver a “wow” experience that turns clients into CallRail evangelists and customers for life.

 What You'll Do 
  • Own the growth, success, and outcomes of assigned strategic accounts while maintaining a relationship with the customer that leads to long-term loyalty.
  • Partner with assigned customers to understand their current and future business goals and challenges and translate that into people, product and process strategies
  • Empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with solutions in our platform while increasing usage and adoption
  • Work across the customer’s business org to communicate the value of these solutions to their team and executives
  • Advocate on behalf of customers by working cross-functionally with strategic and technical colleagues to deliver on customer needs
  • Partner with internal account team (e.g. sales, services, support, and marketing) to design and execute optimal account plan for each customer
  • Strategize to secure executive visibility of CallRail business results
  • Preemptively spot patterns to improve the organizational usage and adoption of the CallRail platform 
  • Engage with CallRail’s product & engineering teams to translate customer feedback into product requirements
  • Spread and scale strategic learnings, operational efficiencies, and industry insights across Customer Success and the broader CallRail organization
  • Prepare a monthly internal account review for assigned accounts for key members of the team to include c-suite, senior leadership, and product team.
 What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years' experience as a strategic accounts manager, or similar.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies.
  • Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, preferably at the executive level.
  • Great problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
