We are looking for a Strategic account manager to play a critical role in building relationships with significant clients. Our ideal candidate should ensure client satisfaction and be able to identify new opportunities to increase sales.
As a Strategic account manager, you will represent our company and interact with major clients. You will be developing client relationship management strategies, establishing strong client relationships, and suggesting innovative solutions to meet client needs. So, if you have excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude, we would like to meet you.
Ultimately, you should be responsible for achieving sales quota and strategic account targets.

Responsibilities
ยท Develop and implement strategic Account plans with stakeholder mapping and communication plans
ยท Establish, maintain, and grow customer relationships at all levels, including the C-suite
ยท Achieve revenue and profitability goals for assigned accounts
ยท Develop campaigns aligned to customer spend areas and business priorities, positioning strategies & competitor analysis leading to customer retention and penetration
ยท Timely issue resolution, escalation management leading to targeted NPS / customer satisfaction
ยท Maintaining assigned key accounts and providing ongoing client support
ยท Achieve assigned strategic account objectives
ยท Establish strong, long-term client relationships
ยท Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs
ยท Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner
ยท Establishing efficient communication channels and liaising between key clients and internal departments.
ยท Identifying new business leads and contacting prospective key clients to promote products and services
ยท Handling client queries and finding innovative solutions for complex problems.
ยท Monitoring sales performance metrics and facilitating timely interventions.
ยท Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts
Requirements
Requirements and skills
ยท A minimum of four years' experience as a strategic accounts manager, or similar with proven work experience as a Strategic account manager or Key account manager
ยท Preferable - B2B SaaS enterprise technology experience ยท Solid sales experience in B2B environment for Insurance, Finance, Banking or Healthcare Fortune 500 firms
ยท Must have delivered multifold growth in Fortune 500 enterprises with demonstrable strategies for account planning, radiation, relationship development and account based marketing
ยท Hands on experience with CRM software and Account management systems
ยท Understanding of sales performance metrics
ยท An ability to address customer requests in a timely manner
ยท Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
ยท In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies
ยท Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
ยท Availability to travel as needed
ยท BS degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
ย
The US on-target compensation range for this full-time position is $110,000- $130,000 USD. Actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to work location, job-related skills, and experience. In addition to a base salary, this role is also eligible for benefits and equity.
