US Strategic Account Manager

Arbolus is constantly growing and evolving! As we grow our team, we are currently seeking Account Managers to build and expand our portfolio.

About the Role

Here you will join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment to build client relationships and scale up our portfolio. Account Managers are constantly communicating with senior leaders within their portfolio of clients, helping them to get the most out of the platform and their expert relationships. By investing time to understand our clients’ needs, we can consistently deliver high-quality service and develop products that improve the way they gather insights from experts.

Successful Account Managers are highly commercial people who have an interest and a strong skill set in building high-quality professional relationships. If you are someone who is excited by a fast-paced environment and interacting with senior leaders, this is the ideal position for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Correspond with clients and senior leaders to understand their unique needs
  • Expand user-base at current and prospective clients 
  • Promote and share new products and services with clients
  • Act as a liaison between clients and Arbolus product and technology teams
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction
  • Negotiate contract renewals

Who You Are:

  • Excellent commercial and client-facing skills
  • Curious and outgoing
  • Driven and self-motivated
  • Ability to change the status quo

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in B2B enterprise/software sales or professional services (ex. consulting)
  • Strong academic background
  • Experience in leading teams and working cross-functionally across various business units 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
