Strategic Account Manager, Enterprise Sales
Job Description
Connect America has an opportunity for Strategic Account Manager on the Enterprise Sales team working with Payers and Providers. This position is accountable for the development and maintenance of business relationships of assigned customers including responsibility for serving Connect America's largest and most strategic clients using our PERS and RPM solutions. The candidate must have account management experience, be a proactive and creative solution orientated professional and serve in consultative capacity to help clients achieve their business goals.
The position will have responsibility for client growth, retention, satisfaction, contract renewals, competitive risks, and ownership for the life of client from implementation ongoing. In addition, the Account Manager will work closely with the client success partner, finance, operations, and implementation teams to support clients in a coordinated approach.
Primary Responsibilities:• Accountable for customer retention and annual growth goals• Maintains multi-year business plan action plans and works closely with clients on execution• Conducts frequent business reviews with clients onsite and virtually • Communicating and manages escalated issues and problem resolution• Serves as solution and industry expert and provides ongoing education, training, and presentations• Tracks and leads contract renewals and competitive saves• Actively involved in implementations• Responsible for up sales process including recommending new products and solutions• Cultivates consultative trusted advisor relationship with clients• Timely entry of opportunity updates and status in CRM tool • Collaborates with functional leaders in business and executive leadership for client engagement• Communicates issues or concerns in solution-orientated approach, coordinates internal teams and resources for appropriate response
Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required• 2+ years of account management in healthcare• Successful management of clients representing $1M+ of great in annual revenue • Excellent communication, written, oral, phone, webinar, presentation, and interpersonal skills• Ability to travel minimum 25%• Comfortable in navigating complex situations (e.g., renewals)
