Strategic Account Manager, Fertility
Job Description
You’re a strategic account manager who is motivated to develop and expand our relationships with our largest clients. We’re EngagedMD and we have a patient journey application used by more than 2 million users nationwide and internationally since its launch, and we continue to see enormous growth and adoption from medical clinics across multiple markets. This is an exciting opportunity to join us in our mission to help carers carry on caring. You will have the opportunity to serve our strategic accounts in Fertility in order to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and grow revenue while also closely collaborating with our Customer Success, Sales and Product teams.Â
This fully remote role reports to our Head of Fertility, and candidates are required to reside in the United States. We anticipate that this role will require up to 50% travel to client sites and conferences. This role requires legal authorization to work in the United States. EngagedMD is unable to sponsor current H1B visa holders for this role.
What You’ll Do
- Own the business relationship between EngagedMD and each strategic account, including cultivating productive and professional executive relationships, creating and owning the relationship map and overall account strategyÂ
- Wholly understand our clients’ needs and goals for their businesses in order to translate our products and services into solutions for those needs
- Deepen existing workflows and usage of EngagedMD products for each strategic account, leading the upsell cycleÂ
- Lead and convene cross-functional teams working to meet strategic account client needs through product updates and/or professional services
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to meet strategic account needs in the day-to-day, relying on CS to lead on check ins, product updates, and implementation of new or upsold functionalityÂ
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management and/or sales, in the fertility industry
- Proven success building executive relationships and cross-functional account plans that lead to stronger business outcomes
- Prior experience creating or improving the quarterly and annual motions of a key account program
- Strong executive presence and executive-level communication skillsÂ

- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Strong collaborative work orientation with ability to influence both peers and leaders
- Advanced project management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities at onceÂ
- Ability to operate with both a sense of urgency and with integrity
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a small, fast-paced organizationÂ
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent career experienceÂ
