As Strategic Account Manager, you will lead engagements with our largest customers that are essential for DataRobot's continued growth and attainment of the DataRobot mission. The objective of the role is to help customers implement critically meaningful AI systems, and realize business value through their investment in DataRobot. You will lead customer-facing interactions and engage with other resources across DataRobot, such as pre-sales, professional services, support, product, and our subject matter experts to remove obstacles and accelerate the client's path to renewal and expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary internal and external point of contact for your portfolio of existing customers
  • Partner cross functionally to ensure delivery of services and products purchase, drive adoption and expansion in collaboration with sales and professional services
  • Build positive relationships with economic buyers, business champions, and technical champions
  • Lead delivery of the customer's initial onboarding program, as well as the commercials aspects of the renewal
  • Maintain a regular communication cadence with the client, including quarterly/executive business reviews
  • Drive customers to expand adoption of the platform for net new products
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer health and status through regular customer dialogue and by supervising health and adoption metrics
  • Accountable for account portfolio retention and services attach rate

Requirements:

  • BA/BS required (business or technical field preferred)
  • Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance is desired but not a necessity
  • 2+ years experience in management consulting; or 4+ years experience in customer success, account management, or project management
  • Experience with one of more of government organizations or tech/product companies
  • Exposure to AI, Analytics, Machine Learning is great but not required
  • Polished communicator, technically astute, with outstanding past validated performance in project management and leadership skills.
