This role sits at the intersection of healthcare innovation, enterprise client success, and long-term strategic growth. You will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key clients leveraging virtual care solutions to transform healthcare delivery. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help organizations optimize their digital health programs while identifying opportunities for account expansion and increased engagement. The position requires a strong balance of relationship management, commercial acumen, and healthcare industry knowledge. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experiences, from onboarding through renewal and growth. This is a high-impact, client-facing role suited for a proactive and strategic professional who thrives in complex, enterprise environments.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage and grow strategic relationships with existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor across their virtual care programs.
  • Drive customer success by proactively addressing client needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand revenue within existing accounts.
  • Lead contract renewal processes, ensuring timely and successful extensions while strengthening long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with implementation teams to support onboarding and ensure smooth adoption of virtual care solutions.
  • Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to align on strategic account plans and expansion opportunities.
  • Gather and synthesize client feedback to inform product improvements and enhance overall service delivery.
  • Requirements:

    • 5–7+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or similar client-facing roles, ideally within digital health or life sciences.
    • 4+ years of experience working within the healthcare industry, preferably with enterprise or large-scale organizations.
    • Strong ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
    • Proven track record of driving account growth, retention, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
    • Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems, digital health trends, and virtual care solutions.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strategic and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client needs.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
    • Experience with CRM tools and familiarity with managing complex enterprise accounts.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive base salary ranging from $154,000 to $197,000, with additional variable compensation bringing total OTE to approximately $180,000–$250,000.
