Strategic Account Marketing Manager UKI
Job Description
YOUR MISSION
- Manage account and internal relationships to build strong teams, clear vision and impactful delivery
- Define, refine and execute consumer focused marketing strategies to support growth for a strategic wholesale account group and PUMA UKI business – across sports performance and sport-style business units.
- Lead and plan seasonal account marketing to drive retailer success; collaboration with Sales & Merchandising teams to produce activity for the Go-To-Market process, including sell-in and sell-through.
- Coordinating with the PUMA UKI Brand teams in Sportstyle and Sports Performance, you will develop and deliver best-in-class full funnel campaigns for our strategic retailer partner. Campaigns will deliver in multiple markets and channels; commercial, digital, social media, partnerships and activation.
- Coordinate with the PUMA Retail team to manage the in-store retail execution including the VM & Puma FTW Walls across Mens, Women’s & Kids
- Develop a great understanding of the High Street and Premium sports-lifestyle consumer across Europe
- Strategic Account Group: work with PUMA Sales Head to evolve strategy, projects and plans, aimed to elevate the brand and drive awareness, engagement and conversion with target consumers
- Integrate with the wider marketing team & strategies of Sportstyle & Sports Performance locally & in Europe to maximise opportunities for the brand and your Accounts - ensuring Trade needs are considered and delivered
- Setting measurements, evaluation and analysis of all marketing activity, identifying key learnings and best practice for future planning.
- Support the production of marketing documents including GTM presentations, reports as well as input to regional requests.
- Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends
- Continually maintain an awareness of consumer trends and insights and provide unique and creative solutions using this knowledge, to reach new audiences
- Keep PUMA Direct To Consumer channels and opportunities front of mind to ensure smooth collaboration and seamless integration from the consumers’ perspective

- Excellent relationship management skills and proven track record of account management
- Excellent planning and organisation, a multi-tasker with an ability to prioritise
- Pro-active, ability to show initiative / ideas, Detail oriented, resourceful
- Commercially minded
- 3-5 years experience and a proven track record delivering fully integrated marketing campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of the sportswear/ streetwear/ fashion retail landscapes, trends and influences
- Able to work independently, but also collaboratively on projects with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills; articulate, efficient and concise. Strong verbal and written communication
- Well-developed problem-solving skills, able to use initiative in ambiguous and pressured situations
- Knowledge and experience of social media and digital channels
- Entrepreneurial spirit and energy, and a way of using creativity to make the most of any situation
Willingness to travel as—required within the UKI and Europe
