Strategic Accounting Associate

Office Location: Lower Manhattan, NY - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Oversee audits, tax preparation, and external financial reporting
• Assist in budget preparation and forecasting
• Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in accounting (ideally Audit or Forensic Accounting at a Big 4 firm focusing on SaaS or Tech
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
• Proficiency with financial software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Carta, Ramp) 
• CPA certification in progress

Salary Range: 90k-120k
