About this role

Carrier Strategic Accounts has an opportunity for a high potential, results-oriented Sales Analyst to provide support to the North America Strategic Accounts team.

This candidate will be responsible for sales tracking, reporting of fee payments per agreed customer contract requirements. Additionally, the role will manage the executed agreement and NDA repository assuring all contracts are up to date and contain executive summaries.

The Sales Analyst will have deep data analytical skills and broad knowledge of internal Carrier systems needed to respond to customer's information requirements and internal strategic accounts business intelligence needs.

The position requires flexibility as well as the ability to work with large amounts of data and draw directional conclusions from that data. Candidate must possess strong analytical skills and sound business judgment, specifically regarding sales and customer-facing processes.

This role may sit anywhere in the US near a major airport.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting and analysis supplied specifically in responding to customers including KPIs, ESG, RFPs etc.
  • Support Sales and Senior Management with Sales Forecasting, Pipeline Analysis, and analyzing New Order and Backlog Reports.
  • Assisting the leadership team with preparing presentations to senior management.
  • Develop, standardize, and measure diagnostic and predictive KP's and sales tools to support the sales process.
  • Provide support to Strategic Accounts and sales channels.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and audit support upon request.
  • Seek new business opportunities by responding to RFQs for new and/or existing customers.
  • Vertical leaders and Strategic Account Managers with new and existing accounts and introduction of new products.
  • Responsible for providing financial and operational support to the sales channel through reporting and various ad-hoc analysis.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports and presentations for management.
  • Fully developed professional able to work independently without direct daily guidance.
  • Has in-depth financial knowledge and communication skills required for the discipline and role.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • 5 years of experience in a sales support role
  • Valid Driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent interpersonal/influencing skills to work across the Carrier organization and with customers
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations, and to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills; superior follow-up and follow-through skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to handle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

Pay Range:

$89,500 - $125,500 Annually
