What you will do
The Strategic Accounts Administration & Support Team provides a variety of crucial functions for the sales teams and businesses they are aligned with. In general, administrative employees help companies improve efficiencies, provide satisfactory customer experiences in indirect capacities, and elevate processes. The role of the Strategic Account Administrator is to perform key admin tasks with efficiency and streamlining processes to become the champion of supporting sales.
How you will do it
Ensure consistency in deliverables and processes that achieve the desired business outcomes.
Identify successes and of improvements in processes and personnel
Maintain a balanced workload
Analyze trends and to identify deficiencies and provide suggestions for process improvement to fill those voids
Assist Account Teams in activities that support their sales and ongoing customer service efforts
Develop, coordinate, write, and edit operational procedures that improve processes
Assist with customer service initiatives and problem resolution
Ensure customer satisfaction by researching and resolving customer service issues
Ensure data integrity in customer profiles (Locations, Contacts, Billing details, etc.) with research and when vital, cleanup by appropriate measures
Running reports for specific customers from various systems and coordinating data in spreadsheets
Being a backup point of contact for sales rep in voicemail during busy times and on vacation
Working in 3rd Party Customer websites to review and accept work orders
What we look for
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
