This role serves as a client resource to facilitate the delivery of our Asset Informatics & Planning Services. The Advisor works closely with our Clinical Engineering team and client leaders to facilitate and support the development and use of a multi-year capital plan. This leader serves as a central resource for the organization by developing an intimate familiarity with the organization's clinical asset footprint, overall lifecycle status and associated risks and opportunities. The Advisor facilitates client use of TRIMEDX's proprietary Capital Planning toolset to evaluate asset composition, inventory trends and asset performance to identify and provide OPEX and CAPEX cost optimization, improved organizational performance and client satisfaction.
Location: This role is also eligible for primarily remote based work in the continental United States, with close proximity to a major airport. Candidates must have the ability to travel as necessary for business to conferences, seminars, meetings & trainings, etc., including to our Indianapolis, Indiana Central Office. Primary remote (work from home) with as needed travel to work at client sites; as well as to attend meetings or conferences.

Responsibilities
- Identifies and leads mutually-defined client clinical asset cost optimization initiatives
- Provides analytics and project management support for client initiatives
- Tracks and reports the financial and operational benefits achieved from completed initiatives
- Works with client leaders to establish the TRIMEDX toolset as the single "source of truth" for the enterprise's clinical asset inventory and associated asset performance data
- Supports the development and maintenance of a multi-year capital planning using proprietary TRIMEDX tools and benchmarking data
- Supports client CAPEX budgeting processes and CAPEX deployment prioritization decisions
- Conducts research to support asset technology evaluations and cost/benefit analyses
- Works with client leaders to identify opportunities for asset retirements and redeployments to optimize OPEX costs, preserve CAPEX and support organizational growth
- Develops high-touch and high-trust relationship with client leaders
- Facilitates organizational communications regarding clinical asset lifecycle issues and makes connections between stakeholders needed to raise awareness, complete needed trouble-shooting and facilitate timely resolution of issues
- Identifies trends of escalated issues or recurring problems and develops improved cross- functional processes to resolve those problems
- Leverages expert knowledge to anticipate a wide range of future needs and opportunities and facilitates development of complex solutions
- Uses analytical interpretive/evaluative thinking to understand different situations
Knowledge
- Strong healthcare business perspective and industry/market awareness
- Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to tie back to actionable, measurable plans
- Understanding of technology trends and directions
- Proven expertise in managing change
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong presentation, written/oral communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to draw insights from data
- Hard working individual and prepared to go the extra mile in a fast-moving environment
- Be a self-motivated, innovative person with analytical, problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to changes and new ideas
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic, culturally diverse environment
Education and Work Experience
Required:
- 5 + years of experience in healthcare services delivery
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business-related field
Preferred:
- 3 + years of leadership experience in an acute-care hospital environment
- MBA, Masters or advanced healthcare degree
- Advanced training in Lean/Six-Sigma process improvement
