Anaplan is looking for a Director Strategic Alliances. This role will be responsible for the success of one of our largest alliances (domestic strategic Integrators); collaborating with all internal and external partners to deliver NNACV through co-selling motions; develop and maintain reporting to monitor key critical metrics. The goal of this opportunity is to drive strategic growth across one of Anaplan’s largest partnership and implement programs to support the growth and drive GTM execution.
Key Activities Include:
- Work with GTM and Sales leadership to ensure engagement and creation of Originated and Co-Sold Pipeline
- Expand both ACV and Services Revenue at Target Accounts through focused attention, planning, and investment
- Provide oversight of the alliance including review and approval of regional go-to-market strategy
- Owns the communication with the Field Leadership to complete the sell-with component of the relationship as well as Area and Regional GTM Leaders and Country level alliance leads to drive alignment across the relationship
- Monitor and report solution driven ACV
- Focus on SI Alliance Team and key SI stakeholders
- PLAN Sales Leadership and key PLAN stakeholders
- Partner Success Team
- Partner Marketing
- Leading Solutions & Alliances Team
Your qualifications, your influence
- The successful candidate will bring a significant knowledge base and in-depth understanding of GSI Alliance Team and key GSI Stakeholders. Previous experience working in field sales is preferred
- Self-motivated, organized, and partner-oriented sales techniques to quarterback deals by using your partners strengths throughout the sales cycle
- Individual must be able to quickly establish credibility with Partner principals & sales teams. They must inspire trust and be viewed as a sales leader- capable of training, teaching, & helping partners position connected planning in customer-facing engagements
- The ability to listen, make recommendations and influence Partner executivesis required. You will need to be a strategic problem solver with effective communication & influence skill
- The successful candidate will be customer focused; achievement driven and possess an impressive executive demeanor. They will bring a true team-orientation and collaborative approach in addition to possessing excellent presentation skills, including strong verbal and writing capabilities
- Finally, this individual must have a level of business maturity, flexibility, and the instincts to adapt to a high-energy, dynamic environment characterized by high growth expectations and a collaborative culture. This individual must work extremely well in cooperative teams, but also expect to work independently and with a set of diverse individuals on a regular basis
