As the Strategic Business Analyst, you will help with the build-out of the data asset and the proprietary platform, as well as identify additional product opportunities. The Strategic Business Analyst will report to the Head of Product Management and embody CINQCARE’s core values, including, Trusted, Empathetic, Committed, Humble, Creative and Community-Minded.

Job Responsibilities

The Strategic Business Analyst will have the following responsibilities:

• This role will be responsible for analyzing the business needs and partnering with the AI project teams to identify and frame out the proposed solutions.
• The successful candidate will work closely with the business units, subject matter experts and technical resources to define new opportunities, develop requirements, and drive the creation of the solution.
• Partner with the CINQCARE AI leadership team to define conceptualized business and product opportunities, preparing necessary materials to support the process.
• The Strategic Business Analyst will lead working sessions with business stakeholders to elicit requirements.
• The Strategic Business Analyst will partner with business stakeholders to develop workflows and templates that support solutioning.
• Conduct data analysis necessary to build business cases and define ROI.
• The ideal candidate will partner with the design and technical resources to provide business context, answer questions, and acquire supplemental information as needed.
• Partners with the teams to ensure the solution remains aligned with the business objectives as it advances through the SDLC phases.
• Conduct design walkthroughs with the business stakeholders and facilitate end user sprint review sessions.
• Facilitate and lead internal team sessions to iterate on identified opportunities.
• Perform other job-related duties.

General Duties

The Strategic Business Analyst will have the following duties:

• Leadership: The Strategic Business Analyst will lead teams in defining and executing solutions to create business value for CINQCARE, including collaborating with their team to design, develop, and execute those solutions to deliver desired outcomes.
• Strategy: The Strategic Business Analyst will lead efforts to map out solutions within the roadmap which support key strategies to: (1) improve outcomes for CINQCARE Family Members; (2) enhance the efficacy of other CINQCARE business divisions; and (3) develop and deliver external market opportunities for CINQCARE products and services. In establishing the business strategy, the Strategic Business Analyst will define and innovate sustainable revenue models to drive profitability of the Company.
• Collaboration: The Strategic Business Analyst will ensure that CINQCARE’s capabilities form a cohesive offering by working closely with other business divisions to learn their needs, internalize their knowledge, and define solutions to achieve the business objectives of CINQCARE.
• Knowledge: The Strategic Business Analyst will provide subject matter expertise, including developing materials to support the presentation of the conceptual approach for the business opportunity to key decision makers.
• Culture: The Strategic Business Analyst is accountable for creating a productive, collaborative, safe and inclusive work environment for their team and as part of the larger Company.

Qualifications

The Strategic Business Analyst should have the following qualifications:

• Education: BS/BA in relevant program, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: 5+ years of business analysis experience with at least 2 years of Agile experience. Experience as an analyst in a consulting environment. Experience conducting analysis within technology related projects, specifically software development with mobile first approach and data science initiatives. Advanced knowledge of Excel and developing Excel based tools to facilitate data collection. Experience working on projects in an AWS environment that utilizes a variety of AWS services. Experience, in some capacity, in healthcare or healthcare-related field. Experience in a start-up or fast paced dynamic environment.
• Entrepreneurial: CINQCARE seeks to fix gaps that have persisted for generations in the delivery of care to Black and Brown populations. This position is accountable for ensuring CINQCARE is positioned to innovatively deliver on its promise.
• Communication: Excellent verbal, written communication, presentation, and strong organizational skills; ability to clearly articulate and present concepts and models in an accessible manner to CINQCARE’s team, investors, partners, and other stakeholders. Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities. Detail oriented and able to meet timelines. Willingness to dive in with a no-task-is-too-small attitude. A motivated, positive, proactive, and transparent attitude. Strong people skills and a talent for solving problems.
• Relationships: Ability to build and effectively manage relationships with their team, business leaders and external constituents.

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000

Location: Role will be based out of the New York or Washington DC office, open to a hybrid model.
