HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
This role, Strategic Business Lead, Consumer helps to drive forward Millennium's consumer business by partnering with key stakeholders and connecting the dots among the departments. They will lead projects and drive forward initiatives with the help of a cross-functional team. This position works closely with the Senior Director, Head of Consumer to develop and execute strategic priorities.

• Represent the business' goals and objectives throughout all phases of cross-functional projects.
• Regularly identifying fresh business opportunities and researching innovative solutions for strategic changes.
• Coordinate internal resources and anticipate potential challenges with an eye to alternative solutions.
• Actively participate in strategic planning, product, and marketing meetings with a thoughtful point of view.
• Lead and support discussions with partner and outside vendors.
• Proactively lead the work by thinking ahead and providing the team with the information and assets needed to deliver an assignment with excellence.
• Lead day-to-day project management in collaboration with the functional team partners.
• Drive alignment and fuel inter-department relationships with clear communication and timely reporting.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure coordination of efforts, unified messaging and timely delivery of all consumer efforts.
• Drive data-based decisions by partnering with the data team to unearth actionable insights from input and output metrics.
• Ensure business objectives are met on all consumer projects, including product development, marketing, technology, and operations.
• Support cross-functional projects by collecting research, writing briefs, managing timelines and managing the consumer road map.
• Collaborate with Finance on proforma analysis, business cases and quantitative analysis.
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's Degree or related field experience
• 5-7 years of applicable experience
