We are seeking a Strategic Campaign Manager to oversee and manage full funnel integrated and brand campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital media and advertising, strong project management skills, and a proven track record of driving success across the funnel for a lead acquisition business.

What you will do

• Serve as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders across brand, content, performance marketing and lifecycle management
• Work in a strategic and tactical capacity to deploy full funnel campaign experiences across ad platforms, focused on driving lead to trial gains for the business and uncovering new ways to engage with our potential customers
• Differentiate and optimize around upper funnel and lower funnel tactics 
• Defining metrics, forecasts and measures of success for all campaigns 
• Oversee the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing and performance
• Collaborate with internal teams, including brand, creative, content, organic social, affiliates and performance marketing, to ensure seamless campaign execution and high-quality deliverables
• Work with media partners to develop growth opportunities, testing across product portfolios and optimization tactics to drive results

Attributes for Success

• 6+ years of experience in campaign management or a related role, preferably in digital advertising
• Understand how to drive success around CPM, CPV, CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc. and navigate media concepts such as: viewability, PII, and brand safety
• Demonstrated experience influencing business decisions across all levels of the organization
• Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate across internal teams and stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform campaign strategy and optimization
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for project success.

The salary range for this US-based role is $99,000-$132,000+ bonus + equity + benefits (health, dental, vision retirement, and paid leave). Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, education, certain degrees, training, certifications, geographic location, travel requirements, and business needs.
