Strategic Communications Support Specialist

Archimedes Global is currently seeking a Strategic Communications Support Specialist to join our team in Alexandria, VA. This is a hybrid position - eligible for telework but must be available for onsite performance in Alexandria, VA, as required.

Requirements

The selected Support Specialist will be responsible to:• Assist in the development, implementation, and review of 2-year fiscal year strategic communication plan• Develop a strategic communications report on an annual basis• Draft key messaging documents to consistently communicate strategic vision and messages• Work directly with leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure correct messaging during stakeholder engagement• Prepare and coordinate approved messages and messaging strategies, including, but not limited to, talking points, press releases, briefings, and oral statements• Provide strategic messaging guidance and training to the staff on an annual basis• Develop and recommend strategic messages and messaging strategies by briefing leadership on a consistent basis• Supports graphics development for logos, slick sheets, briefings, curriculum, etc.• Compliance with Executive Order 14042 , FAR 52.223-99 clause (Ensuring Adequate COVID -19 Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors) required (proof required)

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's and 4+ years of experience
• Ability to obtain a CAC immediately upon hire; NACI/NACLC/Public Trust required
• Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc, experience
• Strong social media skills
• Compliance with Executive Order 14042 , FAR 52.223-99 clause (Ensuring Adequate COVID -19 Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors) required (proof required)

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's and 2+ years of experience preferred
• Hootsuite experience
• SharePoint experience
• Video experience
• Secret security clearance (or higher) preferred
