Strategic Consultant
Job Description
Key point of contact for customer engagement and retention for strategic accounts in the region. The Strategic Account Consultant should have strong aptitude in understanding what is required to drive customer retention & growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of client needs.
What the strategic consultant will do:

Onboarding & training of clientsAnalytical skills - Be a strategic expert in delivering regular insights valuable to the client.

Drive overall customer satisfaction to expand engagement beyond the immediate users.

Manage bug/feature request report between clients and product/engineering team.

Be able to read the room: Possess strong situational awareness and the ability to accurately interpret and respond to the dynamics of the environment.

Provide amazing customer support via email phone messaging apps.
Experience the candidate can bring:

Relevant experience in a customer-facing support role (Saas support experience is a plus)

Self-starting attitude ability to work in a small team to collaborate and drive retention/growth and solve complex client challengesStrong ability to create build and leverage relationships and effectively within an organization.

Strong analytical skills - comfortable using Excel for data analysis

Excellent listening presentation and written and verbal communication skills

Effective time management skills; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

BA/BS degree required
