Strategic Customer Success Architect - West/Mountains

About the Job:
As a Customer Success Architect at LaunchDarkly, you will join an established presales and customer success team and focus on helping leading companies achieve progressive delivery. You will become a feature management subject matter expert and ensure that our customers get the most value out of LaunchDarkly. You are passionate about the developer tools space and helping development teams eliminate risk and deliver value. Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for onboarding activities (first 90 days of a customer's journey after purchase) and developing customer success plans that ensure our customers are able to get the most out of LaunchDarkly.
- You will engage with customers to identify their feature management needs and provide them with guidance and best practices. You will also be responsible for tracking customer success metrics and identifying areas of improvement in our customer journey.
- Working with customers entitled to CSA hours to accelerate their outcomes
- Building programs and content based on their direct work with customers to help our broader customer base
- Serving as an elite technical team, partnering with Sales, Solutions Engineering and Customer Success leadership to unblock and accelerate customers' adoption
- Evangelize and advise customers on the importance and different uses of feature flags and how to administer them.
- Create solutions to customer's challenges implementing feature flags across large monolith and microservice applications, large organizations, and different technology stacks.
- Become a subject matter expert on LaunchDarkly.
- Help teams with on-boarding, implementation, and feature management best practices. Lead technical workshops related to progressive delivery.
- Be the voice of the customer by translating, aggregating, and representing customer feedback to the Product and Engineering teams.
About You:
- You learn and synthesize large amounts of information with little context.
- You are an effective communicator and you can simplify complex technical concepts.
- You are a self-starter and problem solver, willing to take on hard problems and work independently when necessary.
- You are passionate about trends and technologies involved in modern application development.
- You are interested in a customer-facing role that allows you to combine your technical and people skills to solve complex problems for some of the worlds fastest-growing companies.
Qualifications:
- You have worked with teams that underwent development process transformation.
- You are comfortable with at least one of our supported Client-side SDK languages (preferably Javascript)
- You are familiar with DevOps, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
- You have worked with one of the major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- You have worked with Linux, Docker, and Virtual Machines.
Pay:
Target pay range for a Level P4 in the western & mountain region: $166,000 - $195,000 *On Target Earnings (OTE) includes base pay and commission*
*Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), health, vision, and dental insurance, and mental health benefits in addition to salary.
