What you’ll own

  • Collaborate with Global Procurement or Global Travel Managers within large, enterprise organizations to set strategic goals and objectives related to corporate travel management. 
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and long-term vision, and provide strategic guidance and recommendations to align their travel programs with organizational objectives. 
  • Leverage industry knowledge and best practices to develop innovative strategies that drive cost savings, enhance traveler experiences, and optimize overall travel program efficiency. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and thought leadership to clients on emerging trends, technologies, and industry benchmarks, ensuring their travel programs remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Engineering, Travel Operations, Customer Success, Support, and Implementation, to ensure successful launch and ongoing usage of the travel booking tool.
  • Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients on air, hotel, and car vendor negotiations to secure favorable rates and terms.
  • Analyze and present travel program performance reports to clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Proactively share insights, industry benchmarks, and thought-provoking ideas with clients to help them stay ahead of the curve and make informed decisions regarding their travel programs. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop whitepapers, case studies, and presentations that showcase thought leadership and provide valuable resources to clients.

Experience to bring with you

  • 15+ years in a client-facing role, working with Global Procurement or Global Travel Managers at Fortune 100 companies.
  • Strong expertise in managing corporate travel budgets and related reporting needs.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate travel technology, including corporate travel booking tools, expense management systems and online booking platforms.
  • Extensive experience in vendor negotiations, with a successful track record of securing favorable rates and terms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.

Spotnana strives to offer fair, industry-competitive and equitable compensation. Our approach holistically assesses total compensation, including cash, company equity and comprehensive benefits. Our market-based compensation approach uses data from trusted third party compensation sources to set salary ranges that are thoughtful and consistent with the role, industry, company size, and internal equity of our team. Each employee is paid within the minimum and maximum of their position’s compensation range based on their skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related specifications. 

The annual cash compensation for this role is: $180,000-$220,000
