Strategic Enterprise Capabilities (SEC) is a reinvention of Nike's business. We see the opportunity to strengthen our value chain, connect the matrix, unlock new capabilities in service of the Consumer Direct Offense and elevate the strategies that encourage future innovations. The SEC team will drive end-to-end integration across hundreds of business processes, using a flexible and scalable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that supports the retail experience of the future.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The SEC Nike Digital Capability Director will be responsible for delivering system and process design in support of the needs of the digital business and across our Nike Sports Marketplace. This individual will deliver business insights based on your experience and using subject matter experts across global and NA. This role will also drive partnership and collaboration with working teams, including business Subject Matter Experts (both inside and outside the SEC Program), Nike Technology, Transformational Change Office (TCO), External Implementation Partners and SEC Program Leadership.

- Lead and support delivery of SEC program deliverables and achievements
- Act as liaison between business and technology teams to ensure technology solutions deliver against specific business requirements
- Ability to communicate complex concepts through storytelling and strong communication skills
- Strong ability to creatively solve complex, unique problems with large business impacts
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Lead, inspire, develop, and set direction around digital capabilities including those needed as we migrate from the buy/sell model
- Work with key business collaborators to design standardized policies, procedures and tools to support our digital teams
- Integrate business requirements and technology into the development of robust solutions that drive organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate across Geographies with Business leaders, as well as Operations, Finance and O2O business partners
- Partner with SEC transition management teams (TCO) to complete organizational transition management that drives process and solution adoption across all of digital operations and impacted digital teams around the globe.
- Lead and partner on all related testing required for the activation of future state processes relating to digital.
- Ensuring the impacts to the digital and Nike Direct businesses are clearly defined and communicated to all key collaborators.
- Support other team members within the Nike Sport Marketplace activation as needed
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
- Report to Sr. Director SEC Nike Direct and Nike Marketplace Partners
- Work closely with Nike Direct, Nike Marketplace Partners, Technology along with business teams to understand, develop and deliver against future enterprise strategies. Conversely ensure business partners understand the art of the possible and bring them with you on the SEC journey.
- Work collaboratively with other capability leads to design, build and test across a variety of integrated End to End scenarios
- Close relationship with our implementation partners to help deliver ultimate solution.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelors or advanced degree in mathematics, economics, computer science, marketing, or related technical field or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience and training
- 8+ years of experience in digital commerce with at least 2+ years of experience working in one of the following areas: product management, process development, corporate strategy, or agile program management
- Highly organized with exceptional communication skills; ability to simplify information and share in a digestible format
- Ability to navigate, engage and influence at all levels of the organization to identify and unlock obstacles for the broader team
- Proven track record of building strong working relationships across a highly complex set of teams, and success in cross-functional global program execution
- Additional expertise in enterprise resource planning systems is a plus
- Role will be based in WHQ (Beaverton)
