Who will you work with

The (SEC)Strategic Enterprise Capabilities is a reinvention of the way Nike does business. We see the opportunity to strengthen our value chain, connect the matrix, unlock new technologies and elevate the strategies that inspire future innovations. The SEC team will strengthen end-to-end integration across hundreds of business processes, using a flexible and scalable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and premier technology solutions that support the Retail experience of the future.

As the SEC Tech Lead, you will report to the Director of SEC Technology Node Capability and will be responsible for delivering ERP and related applications. You will lead a team of subject matter experts and manage the work for a release.

The candidate needs to be a strong technology leader with the ability to balance multiple priorities and have excellent analytical skills as well as focus on the customer.

What you will do
  • Responsible for driving the design, development, and prioritization of features for the Node Management platform for (SEC)Strategic Enterprise Capability in support of Nike's global business.
  • Partner with other (GOaL) Global Operations and Logistics capability teams to deliver a groundbreaking solution.
  • Anticipate the needs of our business, collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, and act as the voice of our customers.
  • Partner with Accenture and other Nike Technology and integration teams to design and develop new capabilities
  • Use SAP capabilities to deliver solutions for Business needs.
  • Serve as an escalation point and a domain expert to resolve business critical issues when needed.
  • Ensure standards, processes, and policies are followed. Apply global process standards to regional technology solutions.
  • Frequently provide input on the Product Roadmap; actively identify shortcomings and constraints; coordinate with dependent teams; develop solutions that are risk tolerant.
  • Prioritize and make trade-offs based on an understanding of strategies, budget, epics, enabler requirements, defects, dependent teams, goals and the value features and stories bring to customers and the business
  • Presentation, influence, and interpersonal skills are critical as you will be responsible for presenting process and solution designs to multi-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Indirect leadership of resources in a matrixed environment.
What we are looking for
  • Expertise in designing solutions across programs, products, architecture, and engineering teams.
  • Understanding of enterprise business capabilities and industry technology solutions.
  • Experience with SAP or other enterprise platform business solutions.
  • Demonstrable ability to build partnerships across organization, department, and geographic boundaries.
  • Experience in solution design for large-scale enterprise solutions.
  • Experience in iterative software delivery methodologies - SAFe, Agile, SCRUM, etc.
  • Experience leading a team of product managers or business analysts

What you Bring to Nike
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7 -10 years of software product management with SAP or ERP-related field
  • Experience with delivery methodologies in a fast-paced, complex environment - SAFe, Agile, SCRUM.
  • Knowledge and experience with systems and processes that support wholesale and direct-to-consumer capabilities
  • Ability to adapt communication style across cultures.
  • Experience with leading an SAP implementation for a logistics company is preferred; experience with Sales & Distribution and Logistics Execution modules is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of system integration concepts.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate business functionality and opportunities into clear, precise, and easy-to-read functional specifications.
