As our SEC Marketplace Activation North America (MANA) testing Director, you will lead and driving integrated testing for Nike Direct deployment and Nike Integrated Marketplace deployments. In this role you will partner with Global and North America, business and technology teams across functions. This role also works closely with testing leaders from Nike Tech and systems integrator. In this role you will lead, communicate, monitor test and deployment plans to ensure all deliverables are adhered to and risks are mitigated!

You will support release execution by monitoring of each phase of the release and alert appropriate partners of any issues that need to be addressed!

- Partner with multiple cross functional leaders to develop plans for testing

- Leader who can guide and lead large group of team members to complete testing plans

- Effective communicator to team members and to senior collaborators

- Very organized in planning, execution and communication

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
We are looking for a SEC Testing Director to join SEC MANA team. T

- Collaborate and maintain a working knowledge of Nike end-to end business processes

- Partner with Testing leads from Tech and system integrator to develop testing strategy

- Collaborate with NA and Global functional and capability leaders in aligning in test plans with testing cycles

- Actively guide large group of testers and test coordinators to support and complete test plans

- Support functional and full-system end to end testing of new processes and changes including integration between multiple systems across North America

- Deliver results within tight timelines while delivering results with efficiency and accuracy

- Status reporting and defect tracking

- Successfully engage and collaborate with multiple projects simultaneously

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role reports to the Senior Director SEC MANA Business lead. This role will be part of SEC MANA NA functional leadership team. This role will work closely with testing leads across Nike Tech and Systems integrator. This role will partner with Global and Geo functional and capability leaders. This role with coordinate work of large number of testers from different functions.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Experience within retail, wholesale, operations, and the digital environment

- Experience working in large systems/capability deployment is preferred

- Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong ability to communicate effectively with people on different levels in the organization

- Strong Microsoft Office tools abilities

- Demonstrated excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills

- Possess strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize a varied workload

- Problem solving/resolution and results oriented skills
