As a Strategic Finance Associate on our Strategy & Finance team, you will closely partner with the leadership teams of our nearly 50 (and growing) operating companies (“OpCos”).
Reporting into the Vice President of Strategic Finance, you will play a critical role supporting our Founders with business model formation, go-to-market playbook development, strategic partnership and investment support, investor relationship development, and fundraising strategy and execution.

What you’ll do:- Develop close relationships with OpCo Founders, CEOs, and other leaders and serve as a subject matter expert on all areas pertaining to strategic finance and capital raising
- Support OpCo Founders, CEOs, and other leaders on all fundraise-related workstreams, including business narrative development, financial model construction, due diligence process preparation, term sheet negotiation, pro forma cap table analysis, and closing
- Partner with OpCo Founders, CEOs, and other leaders to develop pricing strategies, create unit economic targets, strategize around go-to-market opportunities, support enterprise pipeline development, and size new markets for strategic entry
- Assist OpCos with the creation of detailed operating budgets and model scenarios to support cash management and strategic planning initiatives
- Nurture relationships with Redesign’s existing capital network of hundreds of investors while also fostering new relationships with prospective investors
- You have 2+ years of combined experience within investment banking, growth equity, venture capital, private equity, or corporate development
- You are fluent in business model analysis and investment thesis development
- You have experience with financial modeling, structuring, and valuation from M&A deals and/or capital raising transactions

Full-time base salary of $155,000 plus a competitive equity & benefits package listed under the "Why work with us?" section
