Strategic Finance Associate

Bond Vet is building the next generation of veterinary clinics from the ground up — and we’re looking for a talented Strategic Finance Associate to join our team.
The Strategic Finance Associate will support driving strategic analysis to enable best-in-class unit economics across our clinics. This role will track key performance reporting, business case development, resource allocation for core clinic performance, and ad hoc projects in support of the Head of Operations.
The role will work on-site in our corporate office located in New York City.
What You’ll Do:
- Enable Bond to execute on our growth strategy by analyzing results, monitoring variances and identifying trends across our clinics
- Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses to enable key stakeholders to make real-time informed decisions
- Track KPIs and develop actionable insights to drive unit economics across our portfolio
- Work with cross-functional partners to identify, report, and monitor key operational and financial metrics to support business decision-making
- Provide analytical support to the Operations team including project/budget reviews, labor and procurement analysis and strategic planning
- Ad-hoc analyses to support special projects such as new revenue streams, provider performance assessment, market share analysis, strategic pricing and staffing optimization.
You Have:
- 2-3 years' of related experience in investment banking, management consulting or corporate finance
- Industry experience in healthcare, retail, or consumer products preferred
- Bachelor's degree in finance, strong academic record
- Strong Excel / PowerPoint / NetSuite / Financial modeling skills
- Strong quantitative skills including business case development, market analysis, and financial and operational performance
