Strategic Finance Associate/Manager

Offchain Labs has developed a suite of scaling solutions for Ethereum. This includes Arbitrum, an Optimistic Rollup, that instantly scales apps, reducing costs and increasing capacity, without sacrificing Ethereum's security. Porting contracts to Arbitrum requires no code changes or downloads since it’s compatible with existing Ethereum developer languages and tooling. Arbitrum today is the leading Ethereum scaling solution with dominant market share including hundreds of apps on the platform and over 50% of all rollup liquidity.

What you’ll do:

• Help to manage the growth of the business and driving core financial planning cycles (annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, long range plans, etc.).
• Track and monitor the performance of the business.
• Assist with investor and board materials.
• Provide strategic and tactical support to department leaders and assist with analytical projects that deliver key insights for making critical business decisions.
• Assist with ad hoc strategic and operational projects as required.
• Involvement in revenue generating projects including contracting, sizing and invoicing.
• Identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.
• Support accounting department with some monthly close tasks.

Who you are:

• 5+ years experience in FP&A, investment banking, or private equity for Strategic Finance Manager / 3 - 5 years for Associate.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter and able to adapt to changing business needs.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
