As an early member of the Strategic Finance team, there will be opportunities to help build out some of Notion’s financial infrastructure. You will be a key business partner and have the chance to work on a wide range of tasks, from managing the corporate model and financial reporting to developing financial plans and capital allocations. • Early member of the Strategic Finance team, with a focus on managing the consolidated corporate model, driving regular forecast updates, and producing monthly reporting packages
• Provide broad financial support, including preparation of financial plans, internal management reporting, dashboards and ad-hoc analysis
• Work closely with cross-functional leaders to report, manage and control operating results, identifying areas of growth potential and cost efficiencies
• Collaborate with Strategic Finance and Business Operations on bi-annual planning process and long-range strategic plans
• Prepare presentations communicating Notion’s strategy and performance for the Company’s Board of Directors and investors
• Support key strategic initiatives such as M&A, strategic partnerships and capital markets activities

• 4+ years of Finance experience, including a strong foundational at high-growth technology companies (preferably SaaS). Investment banking and/or private equity experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or similar
• Expert-level financial modeling skills, with strong attention to detail and high standards for quality
• Analytical mindset to draw insights from data, deep-dive into operational drivers, and influence business decisions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with non-financial audiences
• Ability operating independently and manage ambiguity in a fast-moving environment. You’re a self-starter who can manage relationships, deliverables and expectations with your business partners

• Familiarity with Netsuite & financial planning systems

Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $125,000-170,000 per year.
