Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership for achieving revenue targets for new business and deliver accurate sales forecasting and reporting.Â
- Conduct deep discovery to understand clients' business challenges, regulatory requirements, and security needsÂ
- Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with C-level and senior management within client organizations.Â
- Use data-driven insights to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and prioritize high-value opportunitiesÂ
- Collaborate with our practice leads and leadership to design tailored solution proposalsÂ
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapeÂ
- Ensure alignment with legal, finance, and operations teams to manage the sales cycle effectively and close deals in a timely manner.Â
- Maintain detailed opportunity and pipeline data in Salesforce.Â
Basic Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of proven enterprise sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity, cloud services, or regulatory complianceÂ
- Demonstrated track record of consistently building required sales pipeline and meeting and/or exceeding sales targetsÂ
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate complex security and compliance conceptsÂ
- Experience with consultative selling methodologies and complex sales cyclesÂ
- Excellence in presentation and communication at all organizational levelsÂ
- Proficiency with CRM systems and modern sales technology stackÂ
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling security assessments, auditing services, or technical testing solutionsÂ
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (FedRAMP, HIPAA, SOC, ISO, CMMC)Â
- Understanding of cloud security architecture and compliance requirementsÂ
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain oneÂ
