Job Description

Grammarly is excited to offer a remote-first hybrid working model. Team members work primarily remotely in the United States, Canada, Ukraine, Germany, Poland, or Portugal. Certain roles have specific location requirements to facilitate collaboration at a particular Grammarly hub.

All roles have an in-person component: Conditions permitting, teams meet 2–4 weeks every quarter at one of Grammarly’s hubs in San Francisco, Kyiv, New York, Vancouver, and Berlin, or in a workspace in Kraków. This flexible approach gives team members the best of both worlds: plenty of focus time along with in-person collaboration that fosters trust and unlocks creativity.

Grammarly team members in this role must be based in the United States or Canada, and they must be able to collaborate in person 2 weeks per quarter, traveling if necessary to the hub(s) where the team is based.

Every day, tens of millions of people and 50,000 professional teams rely on Grammarly’s AI-enabled communication assistance to help them communicate confidently and achieve their goals. Our team members have the autonomy to take on exciting challenges in pursuit of our mission to improve lives by improving communication. Together, we’re building on more than a decade of steady growth and profitability. All of this begins with our team collaborating in an inclusive, values-driven, and learning-oriented environment.

To achieve our ambitious goals, we are seeking a Strategic GTM Content Enablement Manager to join our revenue organization. Our ideal candidate is action-oriented and loves to build, implement, and manage impactful sales and customer success enablement assets and programs. They will partner cross-functionally on new product, feature, and messaging rollouts while building scalable and repeatable processes. They will also determine GTM enablement needs and priorities to improve productivity and streamline learning.

As the Strategic GTM Content Enablement Manager, you will define, design, build, and manage impactful sales and customer success programs. You must be a builder at heart with the ability to implement and influence change at an organizational level. In this role, you will play an integral role in shaping sales and customer success assets and programs for scale.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop assets, playbooks, and materials for internal launches and facilitate internal training to drive sales effectiveness.

  • Partner cross-functionally to define how content is developed, distributed, assessed, and updated.
  • Manage sales enablement plans and reporting while communicating plans and strategies to stakeholders.
  • Propose and drive non-traditional solutions to field GTM content needs and continually iterate content based on feedback.
  • Communicate clearly and gather stakeholder alignment on process change and updates.
  • Serve as a thought partner and influencer to Marketing, PMM, Product, and more, to ensure their goals and assets align with our pre and post-sales audience needs.
  • Ensure adoption and retention of enablement programs and learning modules, and measure their effectiveness.
We’re looking for someone who
  • Embodies our EAGER values—is ethical, adaptable, gritty, empathetic, and remarkable.
  • Is able to collaborate in person 2 weeks per quarter, traveling if necessary to the hub where the team is based.
  • Has 3+ Years of SaaS enablement experience in a similar industry.

  • Has experience using enablement tools, specifically learning management systems and content management systems, to build scalable and tailored learning solutions.
  • Is eager to build foundations and grow a team of enablers that will scale programs and initiatives aligned to business needs – all while managing stakeholder needs, asks, and priorities.
  • Prepares well in advance, clearly communicates, manages time, asks great questions, drives engaging learning efforts, and establishes a safe learning environment.
  • Is adept with SaaS tech stacks, able to streamline workflows, and able to provide valuable insights for improved performance and revenue growth.
  • Is able to create benchmarks and standards for measuring behaviors and performance.
