The Office of the CAO leads foundational enterprise functions in partnership with the business and other functional leads to enable our firm to grow and scale with disciplined controls, risk management, and continuous process improvement.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a project manager to join the Strategic Implementation team, responsible for helping provide oversight of the strategic program landscape.   You will have the opportunity to learn from and partner with experienced program managers to provide governance and management transparency for the firm’s strategic initiatives, including all new business activities..  You will engage across departments and functions within Investment Services to ensure an end-to-end project lifecycle and governance structure that support the growth of our businesses.

New Strategic Initiatives - Governance

• Implement end-to-end program process from business case to post implementation monitoring
• Manage and enhance the new activities and instruments request and review process
• Maintain regular touchpoints and collaborate with business sponsors, project managers, core deliverable owners, and other key stakeholders
• Work cross-functionally to document business case, financial information, critical path, key dependencies, and necessary pre-go-live conditions for new activities to ensure effective risk management and operational readiness
• Help develop implementation plans and working group materials
• Develop repeatable playbooks for key processes

Program Reviews

• Develop management materials of the full program landscape to facilitate prioritization
• Synthesize information and present relevant updates to senior leadership
• Help identify dependencies and manage a coverage model across all firmwide initiatives

What’s required:

• 5+ years of work experience in a financial institution or consulting firm with a demonstrated track record of leading people and implementing complex initiatives
• Prior experience with strategic planning and presenting materials to management
• Ability to proactively manage projects, perform detailed work, and identify roadblocks
• Ability to build effective partnerships with internal clients and build consensus across groups
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal clients, simplify complexity, and provide thoughtful and succinct recommendations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and synthesize information to challenge assumptions and recommend solutions

The annual base salary range for this role is $160,000-$235,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
