As an experienced professional in Strategic Initiative Change Management, you thrive at managing complex technology and business management programs that have far-reaching implications for team members, customers, partners and stakeholders throughout the firm. This role will report to the leader of Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) Strategy & Planning and requires a strong grasp of the big-picture, the ability to reflect ETS Value in data driven storytelling and a keen ability to establish priorities, execute with agility, interface and provide direction to multiple teams and support ad hoc executive level requests.
You'll work closely with colleagues to identify opportunities to develop programs that improve effectiveness, efficiency and transparency. You will establish a planned roadmap, playing an integral role in ensuring that programs achieve desired outcomes, are running on time, within budget and in accordance with firm-wide guidelines, including risk and controls. Just as importantly, you'll work across teams to foster effective collaboration, be flexible as priorities can change and promote the values, culture and brand of JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The ETS Strategic Initiative Change Enablement VP will be responsible for the development and/or refinement, implementation and optimization of supportive capabilities that assist all our product and services teams to deliver with speed, accuracy and transparency. Strategic initiatives will be identified and prioritized to improve operational efficiency across ETS to maximize visibility, understanding and usage of the ETS products and services.

Job Responsibilities
- Product Outreach, Strategy & Planning Roadmap development with regular maintenance of shifting priorities and/or timelines as well as the development and execution of transparent reporting of progress, outcomes achieved with timely, targeted ETS communications to support change enablement activities
- Partnering with product Outreach, Strategy & Planning teams to drive and maximize impact with visibility of tangible value
- Partnering with Product & Services teams and Lines of Business reps to effectively prioritize outcomes based on value to ETS and the firm
- Identification and management of ETS organizational change-related risks and issues with associated reporting, mitigation planning and management whilst supporting post implementation reviews, ensuring key enablement learnings are carried forward into subsequent activities
- Working with Product & Services Owners, develop & execute comprehensive communications to key stakeholder groups that leverage the ETS platform (newsletter, snapshot) and help to develop and refine the engagement and communication approach and milestone based plan for impacted groups partnering with Marketing & Branding
- Leverage internal social platforms, tech communities or "Communities of Practice" to stimulate a culture of dialogue and shared learning across the organisation to celebrate success and share knowledge and experiences and instil pride across the ETS team by making key achievements visible, bringing the value proposition to life
- Identify and leverage available platform telemetry to target communications and maximise engagement against key objectives and customer value
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
- 5 or more years' experience leading diverse, high performing teams to achieve objectives with hands on knowledge of "Agile" ways of working
- A proven change agent with experience of supporting complex change initiatives impacting organizational culture
- Demonstrated flexibility to changing demands, disciplined in documentation and reporting
- Experience of engaging with and managing varied level of relationships - strong interpersonal and relationship management skills - able to engage with all levels of the organization and rapidly develop effective working relationships
- Experience of assembling and presenting to senior technical, executive and non-technical audiences
- Good problem-solving skills, ability to quickly broker solutions and resolve conflict situations, ability to navigate ambiguity and/or changes, raising questions as needed while continuing to progress
- Ability to effectively advise, partner and collaborate with executive team members and peers in order to execute on engagement plans
