Strategic Initiatives Program Manager
Job Description
What You'll Do
- Using a consultative, outcome focused approach, you'll partner with Executive Sponsors and Sr. Leaders to define and scope enterprise strategic programs that will transform the business.
- You'll be able to objectively assess and develop appropriate program strategies and plans using the right modality for the program. You'll be willing to try different ways of solving problems guide program teams to reframe/restructure problems to solve (even if the approach has never been tried before).
- In partnership with the Project Sponsor and Lead, you'll develop and execute program change management strategies and plans. You'll turn stakeholder insights to action by incorporating feedback into change management activities and tactics.
- You will expertly and constructively manage conflict and influence stakeholders at every level of the organization to drive decision making and the mindset and behavior changes required for transformation.
- You'll Lead cross-functional program teams in the execution of strategic transformation programs.
- You'll empower transformation program teams to take risks and learn by doing; support them when things don't go as planned; and encourage them to learn from setbacks and failures.
Qualifications
- Four-year college degree required
- 5 + years of experience in consulting, adaptive program management, change management/communications
- Experience in agile, OKR methodology, design thinking, group facilitation and change management

- Working in a high-performance team environment (can candidly give and receive feedback). Ability to take feedback from multiple sources, resolve issues independently
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time

- This position is based at Mars Wrigley North America headquarters in Newark, NJ. Remote work is not offered for this role.
