We are currently expanding our Channel Team in North America and hiring a Strategic ISV Partner Manager. This role will report into the Head of Channel Sales.Ā
The Strategic ISV Partner Manager will manage a set of Strategic ISVs with the goal of driving sourced revenue in the Americas. The ISVs include, but are not limited to Ecommerce Platform Partners, Customer Data Platforms and Behavioural Analytics providers.Ā This is a quota carrying roleĀ for someone who is both passionate about creating partnerships and who is a hunter, focused on penetrating deep into the partnerās organization to build strong relationships, enable teams horizontally and vertically and drive go to market motion.Ā
The ISV Partner Manager is a pivotal and highly visible role with the ability to make a material difference immediately. You will have high levels of autonomy with full support from the cross-functional leadership of Bloomreach. If that sounds interesting to you, we would love for you to apply!
Your job will be to:Ā- Develop go to market business plans with a set of strategic ISV partners to drive sourced revenue; plans should include sales, technical enablement plans and marketing.Ā
- Outreach to partner contacts and build trusting relationships both horizontally and vertically with the partnersā organization and align partner teams with Bloomreach teams.Ā
- Create and attend partner events and participate in all activities that will drive the partnership forward.Ā Own the strategy behind the marketing initiatives
- Understand that partnerships are a two-way street, and help the partners to meet their goals and objectives including supporting their request to engage with Bloomreach sales and customer success teams.Ā
- Develop strong relationships with internal partners to meet objectives and targets, especially with:
- the Product Partner Team who own the commercial relationship with these partnersĀ
- Partner Marketing in order to build campaigns and attend events, and execute against themĀ
- Account management, to help some of the partners meet Bloomreach customersĀ
- Sales Org - to align on opportunitiesĀ
- In 30 days you will learn the Bloomreach stack and where our Strategic ISV partners fit in
- In 60 days you will create a strategic go to market plan with each partner and identify the key contacts and partner counterparts you will need to get to knowĀ
- In 90 days you will be driving sourced opportunities and collaborating on dealsĀ
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue quota
- 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in Channel Sales selling software or software-as-a-service (SaaS)
- 3+ years of selling or partnerships in Commerce or Marketing agency or technology companiesĀ
- Energetic & highly organized. you thrive on building trusting partnerships that are mutually beneficial for both Bloomreach and the partnersĀ
- Builder mentality. Be proactive and take initiative.Ā
- Have a desire to learn, be ever curious and strive towards excellence
- Marketing background is a plus
- Deep knowledge of online/internet/digital marketing technology
- Well-established presence in the industry with a strong network to leverage
- Detail oriented, relationship-building skills with a passion for building new relationships and drive towards mutual benefits and goals
- The ability to adapt to new environmentsĀ
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including high-caliber presentation skills
- Excellent time management skills, positive attitude
The on-target-earnings range for this position is $150,000-$185,000 (salary + commission). The pay range actually offered will take into account a variety of potential factors considered in compensation, including but not limited to skills, qualifications, geographic location, accomplishments, experience, credentials, internal equity and business needs, and may vary from the range listed above.
