Strategic Marketing Manager/Senior Manager - L5 Be Well

About the Role

You are the foundation of our store’s awareness, consideration, and conversion tactics. You are the strategic marketer who is able to introduce and make Restore Hyper Wellness interesting, exciting, and a “must try” for new customers. As the ultimate brand ambassador and enthusiast, you are responsible for building a pipeline of leads, bringing customers in for first time services and selling memberships to meet monthly targets. Working with L5 Be Well leadership, Restore Support Office, and L5 Acceleration Services, you bring in new clients and members and track performance. This role reports to the Level 5 Be Well President/General Manager , with a dotted line to Level 5 Acceleration Services. The preferred home base for the role is in Atlanta, Georgia but a remote arrangement is possible.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with L5 Be Well leadership and L5 Acceleration Services to develop and implement local marketing initiatives and Restore’s core marketing and advertising strategy.
• Partner with the Restore and L5 AS Marketing teams to execute brand initiatives and develop local strategies and measure success.
• Prepare and lead weekly L5 Be Well marketing touch-bases and monthly marketing meetings with all Store Management.
• Utilize Canva and Photoshop to design materials as requested by individual Stores for

events and promotions, including refer and receive flyers

• Hire, onboard, train and manage Marketing and Social Media coordinator(s) to ensure social channels are engaging, relevant, and growing.
• Use the Restore Corporate Marketing calendar to develop integrated local store marketing plans for both New Store Openings and Evergreen plans.
• Train and develop store management team on 360 marketing playbook, ensuring in-store execution of marketing and PR initiatives.
• Communicate brand guidelines, expectations, in-studio events, and promotions to the Store Managers and present tools to drive promotions/initiatives and maximize results.
• Strategize and activate local partnerships with Store Management.
• Actively research and coordinate local, regional and community events.
• Develop lists of corporate businesses to bring brand awareness throughout the community.
• Ensure that monthly digital and print assets are briefed well in advance to support promotions.
• Develop dashboards and present analytics for all local marketing campaigns.
• Maintain the distinct Restore aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere and culture.

The Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of relevant marketing and sales experience
• Must be able to develop relationships quickly
• Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction
• Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and be able to work with a wide range of personalities
• Must have superior organizational skills
• Must have the ability to travel for Store visits and New Store Openings
• Must have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule when needed - including weekends.
• Design experience (preferably Photoshop, but will accept Illustrator or InDesign)
