Strategic Marketing Specialist
Job Description
Areas of Expertise & Special Skills:
- 5+ years developing and implementing marketing strategies and initiatives that support brand awareness, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
- Knowledge of and experience with Salesforce and Pardot preferred.
- Understanding of Account Based Marketing, Paid marketing and Event marketing. Able to analyze data from all outside marketing efforts.
- Technical understanding of all marketing tools to lead evaluation and implementation.
- Experience with tracking marketing campaign performance through data analytics tools to make recommendations to management.
- Considerable knowledge of marketing concepts including event marketing, content, digital, social and email strategies and business-to-business acumen.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently or part of a team.
- Good organizational, project management and facilitation skills.
- Ability to evaluate and refine processes to increase team efficiency.
- Experience with B2B marketing is preferred. Knowledge of retail or ecommerce is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Own collaboration, with Solutions Marketing, Product Marketing Managers, Corporate Events and Sales, to build, an effective method of communicating about all marketing materials and manage communications between all impacted departments.
- Evaluate new opportunities to improve or enhance Account Based Marketing ideas for brand awareness, product launches, marketing campaigns, and other corporate marketing initiatives. Create Account Based Marketing campaigns for the Business Development team.
- Create Industry Information spec sheets with Buyer Persona, Vocabulary, sales cycle information for varieties White Spaces.
- Complete Project based needs and pivot with companies' targets.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
