As a Strategic Partner Manager at Paperless Parts, you will be the cornerstone of our emerging partner strategy. You will own tactical relationships and day-to-day execution of field activities with our most strategic partners. You will develop relationships with key stakeholders in go-to-market roles and generate pipeline through joint activities.
This is a full-time position located in our Boston office reporting to the VP, Product-Led Growth.Â
Who You Are:You are an enthusiastic, scrappy builder who likes starting at the studs. You are go-to-market oriented, with a background in Sales, BD or Channel. You are excited to be on the ground, executing day-to-day operations with partners. You’re an effective communicator.
This position requires activities that are subject to US Export Control Laws and require US Citizenship or Green Card Holder.
Day-to-day, you will:- Drive pipeline in conjunction with our strategic partners.Â
- Create the playbook for engaging with field sales and support teams to drive partnership awareness and customer interest
- Build executive relationships at our partners
- Recruit advocates for Paperless Parts at our strategic partners
- Be the internal point person at Paperless Parts relating to your partner accounts
- Train our BDRs, AEs, CSMs and other customer-facing roles on when and how to teach our customers about the value of our partnerships
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Sales Engineering, and other teams to build a scalable and high-performing partner ecosystem.
- At least 3-5 years in software sales, channel management, and/or business developmentÂ
- Ideally, proven ability to drive results through new partnerships in SaaS companies
- Enjoy working cross-functionally and see collaboration as critical to success
- Strong verbal, written, organizational, analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Boston Location: Our headquarters is located in the bustling West End neighborhood of Boston, MA, and across the street from the new Hub Hall at TD Garden and North Station for easy access to most transit routes (Orange/Green Line and Commuter Rail) or a 6-minute walk from the Blue Line. Secure bike storage is available.Â
Encinitas Office: Our California office is our newest office which seats about 15 hardworking BDRs and Account Executives individuals. The office has an open floor plan with several conference rooms to encourage collaboration with your colleagues in California and TV's to connect with those sitting in Boston or remotely. The office comes stocked with snacks, coffee and regularly catered meals. The office is walking distance from Downtown Encinitas, the Coaster train stop, and tons of restaurants, bars, and activities on the 101.Â
