Strategic Partner Manager

This position is responsible for partnering with the organization's Multi-Modal team to create a mutually beneficial relationship with the organization's strategic partners. In this role you will support the Multi-Modal mission by providing high level support and accountability through clear communication and consistently following through on tasks. You will support our mission by holding partners, as well as organizational team members accountable to their commitments.
You will...

• Support the organization's alternative transportation modes, including Rideshare, Mileage Reimbursement, and Public Transit.
• Arrange, host and manage recurring meetings between the organization and it's external partners, including but not limited to weekly status updates, quarterly business reviews and ad hoc problem solving meetings.
• Plan meeting agendas, invitation lists, and meeting logistics that lead to productive discussions that enable the company to achieve relevant Objectives and Key Results.
• Provide change management and best practice guidance to internal and external partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for our partners.
• Lead the resolution of customer escalations.
• Hold partners and internal teams accountable through well-prepared, regularly scheduled quarterly business reviews, as appropriate.
• Monitor and provide regular partner performance reports to the assigned Multi-Modal Business Leader covering safety, quality, delivery and cost metrics.
• Assist in implementing corrective action plans for partners based on performance reviews and contract deficiencies.
• Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships across the company and act as a liaison between the company and all external partner organizations.
• May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.
• Occasional business travel may be required.

We are excited to speak to someone with the following...

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Five (5) plus years of experience working as an Account Manager or equivalent directly
• leading key accounts or third-party relationships
• Experience with 2-sided marketplaces, healthcare, transportation, or sales required
• Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• High attention to detail with a strong analytical skillset to make sense of data.
• Excellent analytical skills- ability to work with large data sets from multiple sources.
• Ability to interpret financials and use the data effectively.
• Ability to learn, se and leveraging technology or systems.
• Excellent verbal and written skills required. Strong presentation skills preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages is required.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel using pivot tables, advanced formulas and building
• large complex data files.
• Comprehensive knowledge of legal issues regarding compensation required.
• Strong creativity and relationship building (internal and external) skills required.
• Strong customer service and emotional intelligence skills.
• Must manage time and priorities effectively by completing tasks in a timely manner.
• Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends based on business need.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or with a team a must.

Salary: $60,800 - $82,100
