Role Overview:
We seek a self-motivated, strategic professional who builds relationships with our consulting
and brokerage channel partners by:
- Creating meaningful partnerships that drive growth for consulting and broker channel
partners and Nayya - Providing training and collateral that enables consultants and brokers to engage their
clients in Nayya’s solutions - Developing and utilizing marketing collateral including email outreach, blogs, demos,
microsites, etc., and attending key partner events and/or office presentations - Generating Enterprise (5,000+ employee) opportunities for our Employer Sales team
- Managing and or/handing off mid-market (1,000-5,000) opportunities to Employer sales
team

Responsibilities:
- Own and lead the development of consulting and brokerage channel partners, build and
maintain trusted partnerships - Support limited number of referral/tech partnerships including broker coordination
- Align with consultants and brokers on joint customers, go-to-market strategy, growth
opportunities, and sales pursuits - Develop a pipeline of opportunities through channel partners and tee up warm
Enterprise (5,000+ employees) customer leads to our Sales team - Depending on opportunity, managing or handing mid-market (1,000-5,000) sales
opportunities generated by partners to the Enterprise sales team - Deeply understand each partner’s organizational landscape and spheres of influence to
infiltrate and evangelize Nayya - Become an expert in all things Nayya; display a deep understanding of our products’
functionality, features, and impact to customers - Engage, educate, and support the partner's teams to advocate and offer Nayya to
Employer customers; demo the Nayya product; contribute to the development of sales
enablement tools and materials for consultants - Prepare and delivery Business Reviews and convey value back via ROI analysis
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ health and benefits experience with a consulting/brokerage firm, insurance
carrier or a role driving sales with consultants and brokers. - Experience partnering with benefit consultants and brokers
- Ability to successfully identify, build and maintain relationships with leadership and
influencers throughout an organization - Entrepreneurial approach, comfort with ambiguity
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and handle multiple partners and issues simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passionate, driven professional who thrives in a team environment
The salary range for New York based candidates for this role is $110,000- $160,000. We use a location factor to adjust this range for candidates that are located outside of geographic region of our New York office. Placement within the salary band is determined based on experience.Â
