How you will make an impact

• Own and expand valuable business relationships with strategic partners in the Automotive, Real Estate, and Fin-Tech verticals 
• Identify and partner with key customer stakeholders to ensure alignment between business and product priorities
• Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of new strategic partnership opportunities for key account development
• Lead key partnership initiatives including business reviews, ongoing checkpoints, and escalations
• Act as a strategic advisor for partnerships in order to assist in operating efficiencies relating to product usage and new opportunities for improvement
• Enable successful and consistent renewals, as well as identify and execute on new growth opportunities 
• Collaborate cross-functionally on mutual product roadmap. Be comfortable advocating for internal and external resources needed to accomplish goals.
• Develop scalable systems to monitor key indicators for partner integrations, daily usage and performance 

What you need to succeed

• Demonstrated relationship management experience building and nurturing new strategic partnerships 
• Ability to build authentic relationships with key business partners, influence decisions and drive process
• A true customer centric personality that partners can trust to listen and advise on strategic initiatives
• Creative and problem-solving mindset
• Previous Start-up/tech experience is a strong plus
• Ability to effectively communicate and drive results with external and internal stakeholders
