Strategic Partner Technical Development Manager

Our Global Alliances Team aims to accelerate Instabase’s growth by building an ecosystem of partners to help accelerate revenue growth through sell-with and sell-through relationships with strategic partners. The global alliances team is focused on providing our sales and technical teams with partners to help Instabase with business development, pre-sales and post-sales activities. 

As our Strategic Partner Technical Development Manager, you will build and deliver onboarding, training, and certification programs for our global strategic partners such as global CSPs (cloud solution providers), GSIs (global system integrators), ISVs (independent software vendors), VARs (value-added resellers), etc. As the first technical hire for the Global Alliances team, you will be instrumental in creating a culture of learning and collaboration within our GTM organization as well as the partner ecosystem. This is an amazing opportunity to come into an early team to build partner enablement and partner solution consulting from the ground up. 

What you’ll do:

• Lead partner skilling, enablement, and delivery strategy across the partner ecosystem to deliver increased capability and revenue 
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Product Engineering, Product Management, Global Enablement, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product Marketing, etc.) to establish the technical training curriculum for each partner role 
• Develop and run partner onboarding programs from scratch that leverage blended learning, practice/application, and reinforcement to ensure new partners can be ramped quickly 
• Develop and run ongoing partner learning and certification programs and events from scratch for each partner type that enhance the capabilities and efficiency of the strategic partners
• Develop, maintain, and continually improve and innovate partner-facing training materials and the training content lifecycle
• Build and deliver technical demonstrations and train partners on Instabase solutions and use cases
• Advance technical content creation and review by promoting and fostering contributions from subject matter experts
• Through all the above, be an Instabase Platform evangelist and build a partner community to drive adoption of the platform by motivating, engaging, and inspiring strategic partners 
• Enable the global field organization to effectively engage with the partner network
• Measure and report on the business impact of enablement programs

About you:

• 5+ years of related experience in developing and delivering technical education and training
• Experience delivering and/or managing enterprise software projects
• Experience demonstrating highly technical enterprise solutions
• Posses a passion and talent for explaining complex topics
• Experience mentoring or coaching others to a level of proficiency
• Proven experience creating and delivering effective hands-on learning
• Proven experience in innovating and program execution to drive programs to the next level.
• Technical expertise in one or more of the following:
• Python or other scripting languages
• Kubernetes
• Software Project Management
• Enterprise Software Delivery
• Desire and ability to rapidly learn a wide variety of new technical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel between 25% to 50% of the time, including international travel
