Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and professional Strategic Partnership Executive to help grow our brand relationships and expand partnerships with franchisors and small business vendors in the Charleston area. This role will report directly to the Sales Manager and will work closely with both sales, marketing, and operations. You will leverage your sales expertise to understand the needs of potential partners, develop tailored partnership strategies for franchisors, and build relationships with decision-makers across the franchise industry. Responsibilities

  • Identify and research franchise and vendor partnership opportunities
  • Define target markets, partner profiles, and research market dynamics in the franchise industry
  • Develop partnership strategies (accounting methodologies, franchisor requirements)
  • Strategize with back-office solutions partners to present co-branded presentations, webinars, and attend in-person events
  • Present our company to potential franchise partners
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective franchise and back-office solutions partners
  • Lead presentations, negotiations, and revenue share discussions with potential partners
  • Facilitate partnership onboarding and monitor and evaluate the ongoing service delivery with franchise partners
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive and professional image with all written and verbal communication
  • Track pipeline activity, account volume, and progress to manage workflow
  • Report to the Sales Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales and partnership results
  • Stay up to date with new product releases/services and new pricing/payment plans

Qualifications and Skills

  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience managing partnerships or selling, preferably software solutions, franchise or financial services industry
  • Experience working at a B2B SaaS start-up or in the franchise industry is a plus
  • Proven experience in strategic partnership development, preferably within the franchise or financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of franchise business models, dynamics, and trends
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, develop creative solutions, and deliver engaging presentations to franchise and vendor partners
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets and driving growth
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel to in-person events as needed
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft)
  • Professional, confident, high energy, and positive attitude
