Strategic Partnership Manager - OEM (Remote)
Job Description
Role + Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 2-4 direct reports to maintain and continue developing existing E+H OEMs, Plant Builders, System Integrators, Resellers, and Software and Service providers across all industries in the US.
- Develop and implement team strategy to work with in collaboration with Endress+Hauser Sales Rep channel and other E+H resources to find and develop new potential strategic business partnerships.
- As a working manager you will also have direct responsibility for managing the contract and buying relationship with some of Endress+Hauser's largest strategic OEMs and Integrators.
- Help guide the team to qualify companies/opportunities effectively and efficiently for strategic partnership growth potential and integrate into Endress+Hauser's structure, organization & strategy to maximize ROI.
- Work with Partner Customers and the E+H Contracts/Legal Team to develop, implement and manage Partner Contracts & Agreements that include negotiating T/C's, & pricing for the full portfolio of E+H products, tools, services, and solutions.
- Develop overall account strategy for your teams assigned responsible Partner growth targets - create a growth plan that includes competitive analysis, wallet share analysis & execution priorities with Regional Sales Manager and Sales Rep.
- Ability to develop Executive level relationships (provide leadership to engage E+H Partners directly at the C-level, VP level and Manager level to develop a strategic business partnership)
- Provide commercial leadership including sales strategy, competitive intel, industry knowledge, technical support, negotiation strategies and pricing agreements.
- Network and collaborate with key internal stakeholders to achieve sales growth targets (Sales Reps, RSM's, Industry Managers, Product Business Managers, Contracts Team, Production Centers, Data/Digital BDM's, Strategic Account Managers, and Strategic Projects, Services & Solutions Team).
- Leverage CRM to document and communicate key activities and engagements
Qualification + Profile
- Bachelor's degree; plus at least 5 years related experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous direct leadership experience preferred.
- Approximately 50% travel required but could be higher at peak times.
- Positive, self-motivated individual who seeks challenges and opportunities for growth while holding themselves accountable to achieve the business goals for the company, the group and individually.
- Coach and mentor a strong team of confident customer facing direct reports. Ability to build relationships and trust across all functions/groups inside Endress+Hauser as well as with our Sales Reps and Partners to identify and respond to business development opportunities that deliver value to our partner customers and growth for Endress+Hauser.
- Capable of engaging partner customers at the engineering, procurement, operations and executive levels and actively seeks to understand each stakeholder's circumstances, challenges, expectations, and goals. Leverages their professional network to initiate solutions.
- Seeks opportunities to give and receive feedback as well as a desire and willingness to continually improve themselves, their teams, and Endress+Hauser which ultimately increases customer loyalty.

The anticipated pay range for this role is $110,000 to $130,000 per year. Exact compensation may vary depending on the education, skills, and experience each candidate brings to the role.
