This role will support further growing and deepening our relationships with strategic partners while also managing First Commercial Finance's strategic planning process. This position works cross-functionally and enables proactively collaborating with strategic partners to develop and implement mutually beneficial business and marketing strategies and initiatives that help each company grow their respective businesses. This role will also support leading First Commercial Finance's strategic planning process while also managing key projects that are focused on continuing to improve the customer experience.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities
- Design marketing strategies to help attract strategic partners to mutually beneficial relationships which results in more originations for FCF and assist with the internal management of these relationships (Contracts, BRIDGE, Vendor Management, Reporting, etc.).
- Work with partners at the management and, at times, senior management level to develop and ensure alignment on partnership and co-marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Meet with partners regularly and design accountability processes and reports to keep initiatives on track as well as identify opportunities to iterate and improve upon initiatives for incremental growth.
- Support leading executive teams through a systematic approach to develop yearly FCF strategies (conducting research, brainstorming workshops, and planning sessions etc.).
- Create and maintain product/project delivery timelines and own regular communication to internal and external stakeholders about milestones and progress.
- Work with stakeholders to architect strategic and tactical solutions to help FCF achieve key business objectives. Put simply, help identify, and solve problems.
- Test customer use cases to ensure a frictionless customer experience, providing feedback to IT and/or other departments if changes are required to ensure timely project completion.
- Work on other special projects as assigned.
Minimum Experience
- 5-7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing/Partnership Marketing/Strategy
- Experience working from management to executive management levels within an organization to align on mutually beneficial outcomes
- Customer experience focused, forward thinker with strong problem-solving skills and results-based mentality.
- Have a proven history of identifying, executing, and overseeing engagements in the digital space.
- Excellent project management skills to handle multiple projects at the same time.
- Team player with a continuous improvement, can-do attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail and willingness to challenge the status-quo in a tactful way.

- B2B customer experience
- Experience in the financial services industry
