Strategic Partnership Program Manager
Job Description
What you will do here:
Partnership Activation & Engagement
Execute medium and low-level partner activations which will include asset utilization and event management
Communicate precisely and effectively with both internal and external clients regarding activations and events including, at times, Senior and Executive Leaders
Some partnership activation and engagement elements occur after hours and on the weekends
Partnership Ticket Management
Coordinate deployment of partner tickets for professional and university sports and concert events to internal teams and clients including Senior, Executive Leaders, and the Board of Directors. Ensure that tickets are used in accordance with previously outlined ticket strategy and Desert Financial's mission and values of sharing success
Communicate monthly and one-off ticket giveaway opportunities on internal app, The Union, to general employees, teams, and groups. Manage ticket distribution to recipients including, but not limited to, managing email communication, cancelations, and ticket troubleshooting. Work with internal clients to communicate payroll deductions
Partnership Asset Support
Support partner asset management and distribution which may include university programs, in-game promotions and activations, community volunteering/giving, public relations/marketing, events, etc. Ensure alignment of partnership programs and initiatives with organizational and partner strategies
As a member of the Office of Strategy Management, participate and support team efforts to develop and implement innovative partner initiatives through brainstorming and researching trends and best practices
Perform other job related duties as assigned.
What you will need:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
2+ years of program management, business management/strategy, or partner relations required.
Demonstrated success using critical thinking, strategic concepts, and business acumen to understand requirements to execute projects and programs required.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and proven success in working with and influencing executive leadership teams in complex, growth-oriented environment with changing priorities required.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, planning, and analytical skills required.
Utilizes strong organizational and task management skills to demonstrate ability to effectively manage and execute on multiple priorities and projects under pressure to meet deadlines required.
Exceptional problem solving skills demonstrated by quickly and accurately identifying root causes and determine appropriate and viable solutions that mitigate risk and is a win-win for stakeholders required.
Proficiency with Office products, specifically Excel required.
