POSITION OVERVIEW

ThreatLocker’s Strategic Partnership Project Manager will scout, build and develop a strong ecosystem of partners forThreatLocker to drive topline revenue through business partnerships and increase value of our solutions.

JOB SCOPE

ThreatLocker's Strategic Partnership Project Manager is responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Lead platform-wide initiatives across Unity (outside of cloud): this includes partner management, developing well-defined measurements and roadmaps with the ability to initiate, recommend, and deliver on process and systems improvements of varying complexity and scope.
  • Directly impact the growth of ThreatLocker’s core business by driving and managing partner relationships
  • Recruit and approach key strategic partners while setting defined short-term and long-term partner strategies
  • Lead and collaborate with internal ThreatLocker teams with initiatives in support of revenue generating activities
  • Create and maintain relationships among business partners to develop strategies to increase revenue for their companies while building the brand through marketing and events
  • Define and commit to building a partnership program through contracts, reviews, and accountability
  • Collaborate with partners to facilitate referrals and sales of our services through the partnership
  • Grow existing alliances to create additional cross-selling opportunities
  • Liaise with partners to provide education and collaboration between organizations while firmly establishing relationships between partners
  • Analyze and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics
  • Report and monitor provider performance through the creation of dashboards to identify performance trends
  • Manage cross-functional groups within the partnership including sales, marketing and operations to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership
  • Work with ThreatLocker’s business groups to identify opportunities for co-development, co-marketing and/or go-to-market opportunities with strategic partners

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 7 years of sales, business development or project management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications (i.e. Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Able to manage and direct resources to aid client in achieving its marketing objectives, while managing a budget and timeline
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal; strong presentation skills and ability to identify root causes
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence external/internal stakeholdersPassion for technology 
  • Strong analytical skills and keen ability to problem solve 
  • Highly motivated, goal oriented and self-starter
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Project Management, Business Administration or Marketing, preferred

  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
